Meadow Engineering is a professional design firm specializing in civil engineering services throughout Pennsylvania. With experience in over a dozen counties and relationships with many central-PA municipalities, we have the background to guide your project through the permitting process. As the owner and a licensed Professional Engineer, I bring over 13 years of experience in permitting, site design, and engineering to the table. 

My background includes all phases of land development, from preliminary site investigations to project closeout/as-built preparation. We regularly assist clients with septic/stormwater permitting and design, land development plans, zoning analysis, and NPDES permits. Having worked both as a consulting engineer and as a corporate project manager, I understand projects from the client’s perspectives. Reducing permitting turnaround time and cost is essential. My experience allows me to streamline project delivery, maintain clear communication, and prioritize efficient turnaround times. 

As a father of three active children involved in local sports and community activities, I understand the value of hard work, commitment, and building strong relationships.
